CamelliaSoft (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") highly values customers' personal information and complies with the relevant laws, including the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection” and guidelines established by related authorities. Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs customers of how the personal information they provide is used and what measures are taken to protect it.

- Google Play Game Service ID
- Mobile device identifier (Advertising ID) (collected only on Android devices)

- Automatic collection and transmission when users log in via Google Play or use the app. (Advertising ID collection is not applicable to Apple devices.)
2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes. Personal information is not used for purposes other than those listed below. If the purpose changes, the Company will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
However, information may be disclosed externally if the customer has provided prior consent, if required by law, or if requested by an investigative agency in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
2.1 Provision of Google Play Game Service and Apple Game Center
- Google Play Game Service (GPGS) for Android devices and Apple Game Center for iOS devices are used to provide similar game-related functionalities such as leaderboards, achievements, save synchronization, and multiplayer support.

The Company does not directly collect or store data.

4. Procedures and Methods for Disposal of Personal Information
The Company will destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been achieved. The procedures and methods for disposal are as follows:

5. Measures for Ensuring the Security of Personal Information
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:
5.1 Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training, etc.
5.2 Technical Measures: Access control to personal information systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identifiers, installation of up-to-date antivirus and security programs, data backups, and periodic password changes.
5.3 Physical Measures: Access control to computer rooms and document storage rooms.
6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company provides users' information to external parties for the following services:
6.1 Provision of Game Services:
- Google Play Game Service (GPGS): Used for Android devices to enable leaderboards, achievements, and cloud save functionality.
- Apple Game Center: Used for iOS devices to enable leaderboards and achievements functionalities.
6.2 Advertising delivery and reward distribution:
- Mobile Advertising ID: Collected and processed only for Android devices through Google Play. Advertising ID is not collected or processed on iOS devices.
7. Users' Rights
The Company does not directly collect, store, or process users' personal information. For any requests related to personal information, users should refer to the respective service providers, such as Google, Meta, or Apple, in accordance with their privacy policies.
